About Rohnert Park Community Chorale

About the Chorale …

The Rohnert Park Community Chorale was founded by Margot Godolphin in 1981.  When Margot retired after almost 30 years as director, bass singer Wayne Thush led the group until we found Karen Ball, who took up the mantle as our Director in 2015.

Karen has a BA in music and teaching credentials from CSU, Chico, and an MAWL degree from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary.  She has taught choral and instrumental music in public and private schools, music camps, churches and community groups.

The RPC Chorale is a SATB choir that enjoys performing a wide variety of music such as show tunes, folk, light classical, spirituals, popular and jazz numbers.

We perform every spring and fall for the whole community to enjoy.  We have performed at the Rohnert Park Founder’s Day, the Expressway Christmas Tree Lighting, at Rohnert Park's Memorial Day and Veteran’s Day ceremonies, and the Rohnert Park Family Fun Events.  You can also find us singing for senior residential homes, service clubs, and wherever people love music as much as we do.

Please contact us if you are interested in singing or supporting the Chorale.
